I thought you need inflammation for extravasation. There must be some basal level of trafficking.

Well you "stem cell scientist" obviously you are not an immunologist, otherwise you would know that T cells traffick through CNS without inflammation present.

Stem cells appear to replenish old tissue? is that the idea? I have heard that senescent cells secrete inflammatory signals that call in stem cells to heal and regenerate tissue. Very interesting video Cellmedicine.

they can help neuronal regeneration, but is it enough to see clinical benefit? depends on condition...i think in argentina they had some neat results..ill look and see...get back to me if i dont get back to u
