  • I can't believe that with all the big companies out there there is none sponsoring this program. I'm a hearing person and this is the type of programs I would love to see on T.V instead of Kardashians or whatever dumb reality show on T.V.

It worries me to see where the sense of education and entertainment is heading to. I don't know how to sign. But I'd definitely watch this educational program with my family and learn about the Deaf culture n language.

GOOD LUCK! N HOPE 2C IT SOON ON TV

  • TLC should pic this up instead of sister wives....

  • My parents are deaf!!!

  • @ipodanita She's just interviewing the Firls.

  • My Parents are deaf to, sweet video

  • I know she's deaf as well but what is Marlee Matlin doing in this video?

  • Have they put this on TV yet???

  • I would love to see this on national television. Its a shame that it isn't.

Everyones too caught up on the lastest celeb weddings and divorces and their lifestyles, they should air something that is REAL and not staged.

  • I never seen this on TV.

  • Hi, my dear friend! If one of your families or friends is deaf or hearing-impaired, I recommend you a good site called DeafMatching, com. It is the most trusted and largest community for deaf, ASL and hearing-impaired. There people can find those who share their values and life experiences, look for friendship, relationship, love and more. I’m glad if this is useful to you.

  • I think Switched at Birth has brought about a renewed awareness of the Deaf at least for the younger generations. I remember when Marlee was in Children of a Lesser God. I never gave much thought to deaf people after that until I saw her again on TV on West Wing. I have worked with a hearing impared coworker for almost 5 years and never considered learning to sign. Now my daughter (15) has taken interest in this show and signing and it has given me an opportunity to bond with her and my coworker
