do you have to change the oil on a motocross bike thats being trail ridin as much as you said that you do?
i have an important questrion regarding my 2004 xr250r. where is the drain bolt for the engine oil located?

@Fnaghoon - The XR400r is behind the shift lever on the side. I would think the 250r drain bolt is there as well.

Hey guys......nice vid.......i have a crf450x
i think that's one 2 but just to be sure
i can do it the same way right?

@hiddengtr - this is a 250x. your engine oil drains from the lower-rear magneto cover bolt instead of the bottom like this bike. Otherwise, it is pretty much the same. Refer to our manual.

why is it you have to change the oil in motocross bikes so much more than trail bikes?

@99loganpage - it depends on the bike. many race bikes don't hold much oil (to keep them light) so they need to be changed more often. Also, they are usually riden harder.
