how do you spawn an actor with a cloth sim that has a few seconds of sim applied to it before it spawns. say in a cutscene where a character is running and the cloth would already be moving. the first part would be how to spawn the cloth in a certain position and the second would be how to apply an initial impulse to it.

@Insipidus7 if you notice at 4:02 near the bottom in the cloth properties of the component package there is a bar that says cloth wind. in this case it says x=0 y=0 z=0 but you can change that so you can make the flag wave
