this video shows ability of our product to protect the polyester against the fire. In this test, a piece of polyester is coated by PFP Sheet and tested with a direct flame.
PFP Sheet is the a product to provide a Passive Fire Protection which holds ISO5660 standard. It is made of several layers and in different thicknesses. It is flexible in thickness according to the kind of structural building components or fire load. Thicker layer is used for more protection against the fire. A 1mm up to 5mm layer resists against flames with 500°C up to 1500°C for more than 30 minutes.
This product produces in 50cm×50cm sheet. It can be used to cover a wide range of materials, e.g., Wood, MDF, Paper, Plastic, Metal, Polystyrene or polyester, etc. and also it can be used to protect subjects against the hot temperature to prevent of explosion, e.g. gas capsule, oil and gas pipeline, oil and gas tanker, shipbuilding, offshore industries, etc.
It doesnt need controllers and physical junctions such as nets and etc. only by special glue stick over the surfaces. So, it can be used easily by any user. It can be cut easily by a knife and it can be fit to curved surfaces or corners by a hairdryer. This product has performance capability of industrial and decoration colors on the covers.
In contact with flame or heat, depending on the temperature, its layers act one by one, and make the carrier poles resistant and prevent their collapsing and bending. It produces a spongy surface to delay the heat transfer to the underlying layer. It does not produce flammable and toxic gasses and smoke in contact with flames and easy collection after the fire. The remained layers can be used for more immunity or used in future after redecorating.
It prevents spreading fire to other partitions and the nearby junctions in an acceptable way according to the performance conditions.
This product has the following properties:
1.Holding international standard ISO 5660.
