Was the gas company held to be responsible for all this or did they blame some little guy home owner using a gas grill and get out of it scott free? Maybe they said some homeless guy pitched out a cigarette and caused all this chaos...Yeah, a homeless guy with a doobie...Instant get off scott free for the public works.
