Ο Σάκης Ρουβάς συναντά την Αυτού Αγιότητα Οικουμενικό Πατριάρχη Βαρθολομαίο για να πάρει ευλογία για τη Γιουροβίζιον !

Την ευλογία και τις ευχές του Οικουμενικού Πατριάρχη, Βαρθολομαίου πήρε το πρώι ο Σάκης Ρουβάς, μετά την λειτουργία στον ιερό ναό του Αγίου Γεωργίου, στο Οικουμενικό Πατριαρχείο. Ο Παναγιότατος υποδέχθηκε εγκάρδια τον Έλληνα τραγουδιστή και μάλιστα τον προσφώνησε κατά τη διάρκεια της λειτουργίας, ευχόμενος καλή επιτυχία στον διαγωνισμό της Eurovision, αλλά και να χαίρεται την κόρη που απέκτησε πρόσφατα.
Επίσης, ο Οικουμενικός Πατριάρχης υπενθύμισε στους πιστούς που είχαν προσέλθει στη λειτουργία, πως ο Σάκης Ρουβάς ήταν ο πρώτος Έλληνας τραγουδιστής που τον επισκέφθηκε πριν τον διαγωνισμό της Eurovision, το 2004, και πως το καλό του παράδειγμα ακολούθησαν έκτοτε κι άλλοι.
Στην ιδιαίτερη συνάντηση που είχαν, ο Σάκης Ρουβάς ζήτησε από τον Οικουμενικό Πατριάρχη να προσευχηθεί για αυτόν και ο Παναγιότατος του απάντησε χαμογελαστός : "Αμφιβάλλεις"; Το κλίμα ήταν συγκινισιακά φορτισμένο, με τον Σάκη Ρουβά να παρακολουθεί ευλαβικά ολόκληρη την λειτουργία και τον Οικουμενικό Πατριάρχη να του σημειώνει αργότερα ότι παρατήρησε την αφοσίωσή του Έλληνα τραγουδιστή κατά τη διάρκεια της λειτουργίας.

You are a little confused....We never say that Instabul is not Instabul or smt like that...we just call it like that as you call us Yunanistan which isn't our name...Constantinoupoli is the historical name of the city!!!Macedonia is Madenonia..but it is a place in Greece..not skopia !!Musulmans in Greece ar Greek citizens they can vote and they have all rights of being Greek !!and as you know you can be a Turk and a Greek the same time....!!Have a nice day!!

Istanbul is Istanbul of course and nobody denies that. But we Greeks still call it Constantinoupoli, which is its original name. Constantinos is the Roman emperor who built it in the 4th century AD to transfer there from Rome the capital of the Roman Empire. Constantinoupoli means city of Constantinos. Everybody has the right to call a country or city by its historical name.This is about history and history alone and it has nothing to do with modern politics.
