  • @ TheShoxsta011 7 It would not make your face thicker but give you a better face structure. Well defined.

    @ GRAPEFRUITSSS Sometimes it hurts but the pain eases off in a day or two.

  • Dear Kiran, I would like to thank you for these, how you said, very simple yet very effective exercises. I always had an oval face, my cheekbones were never prominent and since i can remember I had a double chin. I have been doing the first exercise for about two months ( not very regularly I must admin) and I have entirely changed the shape of my face. I now have a great jawline and high cheekbones. So, thank you for these amazing tips.

  • when i fill my cheeks with air and start rubbing, all the air just blows out my lips lol, cant stop it!

  • @GiaMichaels7 hello Gia, i was wondering. you mentioned how your face shaped went from oval to square? i thought that your face shape is bone and nothing can change that, i figured that the exercise would melt fat to reveal your cheeks and jaw more prominently, but you would still keep your original oval face shape, but just have more definition?

    when will i see a difference? i have been doing this for 2 weeks, my face does look slimmer, but when can i see more prominant cheekbones?

  • @musicmatterstome105 sorry, i forgot to write in the previous post. The first exercise did not change my facial structure, but face shape. By facial structure, I mean- short and long face. By shape I meant- oval, square, round face. Anyway, good luck! I hope you succeed!!

  • @musicmatterstome105 yeah, that's the comment I wrote..Anyways, Gia, nice to meet you.. I do strongly urge you to try them since we all have different faces and maybe it will work differently for you than it did for me. I just wanted you to be prepared if it doesn't work out like you imagined.

  • @TheShoxsta011 yeah, they became more prominent since some of the fat has gone.
