@bigtundah I don't like lifting heavy with anything anymore. I used to lift squats heavy but I found it more beneficial to use less weight and go until I can't go anymore. I think there is less risk for injury and you get a better workout from it. As far as bench is concerned (for pitchers or throwing athletes) I definitely think lighter the weight is better. Lifting heavy weights has absolutely nothing to do with throwing a baseball.
