Resident Evil running on PsOne emulator for GP2X, GP2PSX. Not me playing, if you recorded this please message me.

!! Don't expect RE or Final Fantasy running at full speed in the short or even long term.

!! No esperéis Resident Evil o FF a velocidad completa ni a corto ni a largo plazo!

  • its a recoded video

  • No, it's not. You can check it out yourself. However, I admit it's very easy for people to talk from ignorance.

  • i agree i have not watch the video completely. the slowless and the unresponsiveness made me that it it was a video. it is great that gp2x is able to emulate PSone considering on PC we need 350Mhz. i hope GP2X price gets lower because it is a bit pricey compared to PSP now.

  • Much better, I agree now. It's so slow and unresponsive because the console is just not powerful enough and the emulator is not too optimized, but it's ok since they do it for free in their free time. And yeah the GP2X price is too high and I doubt they can make it much lower sadly :(

  • do u think their new pandora can play this full speed. there was talk of it playing doom 3 on it but i dont know

  • The Pandora isn't made by the same company that made the GP2X. The Pandora will most likely be able to emulate these games full speed, while the new GP2X (by the name of GP2X Wiz) might not be able to do that (it's hard to know).

  • @MrMangapwns er pandora is much newer you have the caanoo and the wiz to battle the pandora, but definitely by price the pandora won't win, now you have android devices that work better than the pandora and are cheaper

  • @horrorfinatic hey this may be just me but the pandora seemed pretty fast when i saw videos of people playing quake 2 or something

  • @Dani128 I don't think the pandora can do full speed ps1 emulation either. look at some of the vids on here you can see the slower speeds.

  • you know I was thinking they should make these things more modular so if you wanted to beef up the ram or whatever it takes to run more graphic intense shit,

  • well, it does play gba games... so yah.

  • wow not a psp
