as opposed to cartoons

Tell me didn't Atari Have something to do with the Original Dragon's Lair Arcade game if so then this is actual C.D. video gaming what was intended for C.D. Based Video gaming as opposed to what people are playing now all character movements are already programmed onto the C.D every time you push a button the laser moves to a certain spot on the disk and gives your character that animation as opposed to loading a system with info an a disk until the next board then it re-loads or blocky sprites

You know my favorite character in this game is in particular? The main character, Lance Galahad.

cheek org has a Braindead 13 page with a cheat I bet you guys didn't know about...

@ephiany1 The jaguar made it up to 64-bit through a combination of other processers, making it harder for programmers to make games that utilize the full capability of the console. Ergo, the games had worse graphics.

@ephiany1 maybe bcuz the moves in the Jaguar version aren't cheated upon belief compared to how you have to press the button 1 second before it shows the first hallway sequence. If not, you're screwed

Graphics are choppy compared to the 3do. I'm not convinced, and since we're in 1994 and the new age of CD video games, I'm going to fork up my entire savings and buy the 3do. I can't wait for Night Trap with the bigger screens to be released for my soon to be new video game system! Rad!

This game was awesome. I think there was going to be a sequel to it at some point but it was cancelled.

i love this game and the most lance i love him so much becouse he is funny|^ -^lol
I was browsing RarityGuide and happened to notice the Jag CD version of this game(complete, used) goes for a whopping $100! I know from personal experience that the Saturn version goes for $20 or less on Ebay. So I think, well, the Jaguar does do 64 bits versus the Saturn's 32 bits... maybe the Jag version is significantly better.
But looking at this video, I don't see anything the Saturn couldn't pull off just as well. So why the heck is the Jaguar version so unbelievably collectible?

Well, it's collectible if you're a Jaguar collector, really.
The reason it is worth so much, though, is because it's fairly difficult to come by... especially complete in the box.
I have a copy in box as well as a loose one.

It just seems odd; not many people own a Jaguar CD,and a lot of them must own at least one of the other consoles Brain Dead 13 appeared on, so why such demand for this version? But from what you're saying, there's something about Jag CD boxes that people tend to throw them away? That might explain it; for old Saturn games to be complete in box is the norm.
Anyway, nice looking game, runs very smooth. Must have been a good disc to show those who claim the Jaguar can barely overpower the SNES.

Yeah, it doesn't really have anything to do with the quality of the game itself -- it's just that collectors are generally completists and simply MUST have every release lol. The game is simply hard to come by, because, as with many of the later Jaguar CD games, there probably weren't many produced.
Primal Rage is the same way.

I wanna track this down on CD-I. Even though that system sucks. The Dragons Lair'ish games always came out best on them.
