Lord Russell is one of the best philosophers humankind will ever meet. His views on freedom, birth control, education, were really ahead of his time. Though Lord Russell was a militant enemy of religion and Christianity, he was a great human being. I am a Christian, and even so , I deeply admire him!

Of course he advocated population control that doesn't make him a eugenicist tho.And don't quote that book The Impact of Science On Society,because I've read it and it warns against the misuse of science.You just keep taking things of context to support your lunatic conspiracy theories.

He does not sound like a tough grizzled old soldier but some kind of dandified Nancy boy, who spends wars at home and he is indubitably no sea-dog but the sort of pasty landlubber I have always despised. I'll warrant the most exciting thing that has happened to this limpid prawn in a whole year, was the day when he forgot to put sugar in his porridge!
