Oh WOW! That is so amazing! Such incredible strength and control! And your moves flow like water--I wanna be like you!!!!!!! Were you already super-flexible before you started on poles? I'm trying sooooo hard to get flexy...how long have you been poling?

I have been poling for 2.5 years, dancing for 13years. Heehee, no, i certainly wasnt particularily flexible when I started pole. In some areas, but Serious stretching and limbering everyday will do wonders! :)
