  • Inspirational, true and a good reminder.

  • That is very True nice video Matthew :-)

  • @70k3r74m35 Take your focus off yourself and put it on serving your audience and then the nerves will leave!

  • @BeYourPotential - Without social pogramming i think we would very quickly be ostracised, dont you think. The way we talk, the way we eat, all the product of social programming. yeah that does make some good sense. any advice on improving my nervous public speaking skills ?

  • @70k3r74m35 To some degree we are all susceptible to social programming and if we choose we can break free from this. 10 years ago I was far less confident and capable than I am today. If I had made my dreams fit me as I was, I wouldn't have gone too far. It was having the dreams that were beyond that which I was then capable of that encouraged me to grow in ways that would not of been possible otherwise. Does this make sense to you?

  • @BeYourPotential

My belief is, is that when we are born, we only have the tools to aquire 'skills' or 'knowledge'. Therefore, any ideas that are implicitly put into our head are due to those things that occur around us. That is, we are socially constructed products. What do you think of this? I have also found use in thinking that maybe instead of trying to make myself 'fit' my dreams, i should maybe focus on making my dreams 'fit' me.. what do you think about what i have said here?
