  • way to go!...more men and women over 40 should be following your lead!! I'm 59 and almost always the only guy in the gym over 40---sad!

  • I enjoyed the video. i did the 30 jump ropes 3 times but you didn't give the reps for the other things. I did run up and down the stairs for 5 mins thanks. i just need to do something. Love and peace:O)
