Seize the Day: 'I Swear' and 'The W.T.O. Song' (with lyrics) Live in Los Angeles

Jackie Shipley and Shannon collaborated on the first song celebrating the people's right to stand up to injustice with love, compassion and truth.
The second song was written by Richard after the W.T.O. demonstrations in Seattle 1999.

Performed at Cafe Luna Sol in Los Angeles, California in May 2000:
