no dis respect but i refuse that a stock stratus beat a mustang gt. the guy in the stang was obviously not trying to race. i dont care what people say about the mustang but stock muscle cars dont lose to stock 4cyl fsmily sedans unless it was purpose built to race. if you disagree with what i said please show me a video on the drag strip and a mod list if its not stock

@TheMiles302 boy are you wrong. i watch mustangs get spanked by sedans all day long. i love fords and i love muscle cars. but a mustang is not and has not ben a muscle car for years. it is a car that has ben giving ford a bad name. ford hasnt made a good fast car for a long time. and any thing they make that is half way a sport car or a muscle car, some one else made of better and for way less money, but they do make a good reliable car ,but thats about it.

lol i have a 2001 stratus r/t 3.0l v6 with glasspack and my friend has a 1998 mustang with cold air intake, magnaflow exhaust and other mods and he even says i could prob beat him cuz he drove my car and its gets up and goes. even tho its a stratus, doesnt mean its a pussy.

@TheMiles302 hmm good point 250 hp on a gt really aint alot now that i think about it and the strat does have good power power to weight ratio i thought at first it was going to be heavy as hell since its a four door but i weighed it and its actually closer to the 2000lb mark. i have strat too it hauls ass but i need to do some work on it. :)

A dodge Stratus is not buit for racing. It can pick up pretty good, but not built for that. Also Dodge Stratus is not a pile of shit car, it is a very nice car. I own myself, I love it, 11 years old with no problems, 193k miles on it too.
