This song was written by a Russian gothic group named 'Picnic' (short-haired guy is the group lead singer Edmund Shklyarsky) and a guest star Vadim Samoylov (long-haired guy, he used to be lead singer of a now-broken Russian group 'Agatha Christie'). The song name is "The torture is not ending up", and it is generally about vampires (the album title is "The vampire shadow").
