how old are these neighborhoods 80's ish after watching this i do not want to live any where near a river . we have neighborhoods that I consider flood planes I just dont understand how they get the idea that its good to build in certain areas

@67kneil That Neighborhood has been there way before the 80's. I assume the old houses were torn down and replaced.
