@TIPTON340 They did that earlier in the episode when she and Mickey were at the Disneyland main entrance introducing the program.

this was the best tomorrowland ever! it's sad to see how they've let it become boring the last decade or so.

Ironically, that footage with the spaceman (from 1:13 until 2:32) was taken from "Disneyland Around the Seasons", a 1966 episode that came even before the Tomorrowland seen here came out!
if you'll notice, the cheering sounds are stock. they can also be heard in robin hood
