@ Programista00001 that's a 15Kg weight belt in fresh water, it is possible to swim up with that weight but this is not an adrenaline sport, relaxation is the key. You obviously don't freedive, you should give it a go.

Wish we had something similar to the SETT here in CFL.

There is no deco stop w/o a scuba set. You only get nitrogen outgassing from pressurized air.
