@jalidav1 OK, very true words. I partly said that in a joking way. I'd say right now if there was one person whose strength I would want to have it might be Steve. I'm working to sort of both have his skills and also the skills of a gymnast.
@charvinaldo Don't let your own physical limitations be the judge of what is possible, steve cotter is a warrior. These are 24kg kettlebells and 116 reps is quite doable. Think this is impressive? Take a look at Ivan Denisov, he holds the record for 175 jerks with 2 32kg kettlebells, now that is monstrous
