spartans didnt work out they went straight into combat training they where genetically infused strong so why is all the scenes of them doing pull ups and shit?

@grimz22 Well because one, I don't have resources to pull something like that off atm, and two, in one of the books...I think the Fall of Reach..I'm pretty positive that I read a chapter in which the Chief is doing weight training when he was younger, before the armor.
