If there are ever serious calls for that, Israel will annex its settlements, withdraw from most of the West Bank, and watch as Hamas and Fatah fight it out for control. Simply put, the Jews want to rule themselves, like everyone else is doing. They will never agree to such a settlement.

It's time to give up on a two state solution. There should be one secular nation where all citizens are given equal rights, whether they are Israeli, Palestinian, Jewish, Muslim, Christian, or whatever else. As long as the goal is two separate nations, there will never be peace, because there will never be equality, and thus there will never be justice.
