  • Ok lets analyze the facts without prejudice. It's a simple then and now comparison. Haiti then when the Duvaliers were in power and Haiti now. We had security and stability we had power and sanitation services through out the country. People were actually fined for dropping trash in the streets. Crime was at it's lowest. We had law and order. As for the economy the numbers says it all.

    Economy

    THEN (Duvalier) NOW

    1.00 USD = 5.00 HTG 1.USD = 39.00 HTG

  • you can say that again!
