American Jailed in Japan in Custody Dispute

After his divorce, Tennessee man Chris Savoie won custody of his children. His wife, a Japanese native, was allowed to take the children to Japan for the summer and never returned. She is now a fugitive as far American law is considered, but in Japan what she did is apparently not considered illegal. However when Chris went to Japan to recover his children he was arrested for abduction.

Yeah, I agree you, cupwithhandles. If macsmus01 is one of those men who claim their kids were "abducted" across the border, I understand why his ex-wife taken her children away from him. Women don't like men who lie, and don't wish their kids will grow up to be liars influenced by their fathers.

Second what happens to the kids when send back to the USA? NO more mother in their life at all? If Noriko comes back she goes to jail then no mother for the kids? Can someone pls explain what the process is..

Nobody is perfect and who ever fault it is one has to pay after all things need to change over their and I bet their are fathers with their kids because it could go vide versa but after all my ex brother in law want custody for my niece but that is here in the United States but at the end shit happends.

if i was christopher savoie, japan would better have mitsubishi make zeros, cuz id be coming to get my kid back. i dont care where my wife goes should we get a divorce, but she's better tell me where shes going or ill be there soon. we should use that base to get our US children back then close that base if we should
