Hi Parvetaja1,

Yes you can. Make sure you do the free over the air software update to Android 4.0.4. Then your DROID 4 will work in Europe.

actually i never use my phone for calls only texts and texts extremely pull my battery power down alot, especially the less bars i have. i can have alot of power left and then text and my phone will die as im tring to text

Don't get the Stratosphere. My friend had that phone, and went through 6 of them in one year. No joke. He almost never dropped it, either. The problems were all random internal glitches.
