  • Metallica's life would make for an amazing book. I bet there's more interesting to read than the autobios of Slash and Motley Crue.

The wannabe Metallica members who were beach bums and Hollywood rockers would make for an intriguing read.

It's fascinating to think that it took 3 months for Cliff Burton to be convinced in joining Metallica. I was thinking it was only a matter of days.

James seems reluctant (guilty?) in acknowledging immediately how Dave's departure came about.

  • @JosephKuby

I hope they pick on tha idea, man, it's definitely cool.

  • 0:34 Dave Mustaine with glasses FTW lol

  • ticket prices 14 and 16 dollars i wish those same prices existed today

  • As far I'm concerned, Dave didn't need Metallica. Otherwise, he wouldn't have had Megadeth (who are every bit as good, if not better, than Metallica).

  • @MetaITV Anything Metallica did in the 80s is fucking awesome...

  • Is there actually a full version of that interview with James and Cliff?

I've seen loads of different parts, but not a full version.

  • RLT and AJFA were the heaviest they ever did, and they are quite similar if you think about it. riff wise

  • This is awesome thanks so much for posting this, I had this on vhs when it came out, left the tape in the player and my moms soap opera recorded over!! it haven't seen it in over 15 years thank you!!!

  • @SPAMagent made my day with that comment
