God of War minor glitches & observations pt. 1.

Just some stuff I discovered on my second playthrough. Pause the video every once in a while to read the explanations, as it's all moving at a pretty fast pace. (and before you start complaining, I say too little editing is better than too much.)

I: If you're grabbed and fall down during a climbing section, it's insta-death no matter the height. If you're too low to the ground you get to see Kratos do a "death swim". (like here)

II: A dumb enemy runs towards the wall relentlessly. Suffice to say, Kratos shows no mercy to such glaring AI mistake-bearing goons!

III: A small timesaver. If you get on the ledge carefully, Kratos will remain in his normal stance. Instead of shimmying down to the other side, you can do a roll.

IV: Staying on top of a rooftop you're not supposed to. (L1, R1, circle and the rolling movement have noticeable and differing effects.) A small sequence break that happens as you cross this roof to the other side...

V: Again, a platform which you normally can't stay on. And again, potential for saving time...

VI: An annoying glitch in which the ensuing animation lasts forever. You just have to press start at the wrong time to activate it.

VII: The insides of the houses are outside normal boundaries for space reasons. It results in a humorous scene, nothing more. Your enemies can kill you if you're stoned on a roof, though. I thought none of the enemies present could reach him there... oh well.

VIII: How the rope movement's momentum won't stop if you move against a wall. It looks ugly and annoys the hell out of me. (but that's only good, because then I don't have visit an exorcist.)

IX: If you move towards the woman quickly enough, an illusion is shattered...

You need level 2 Blades, and then it's just R1 in air.

I'm not sure. I only remember that the overall playtime was 7-8 hours.

after u finish the game can you put infinite magic or is something that activates infinite magic?

like in god of war 2?

There is a costume which gives you infinite magic.
