depends on what you are wanting out of your car, if you drive it daily i wouldn't recommend either of those cams. I put maybe 1000 miles on my car a year. its kind of a pain to drive daily but can be done. I would stick to something around the 230 duration range, you won't loose much if any at all

he was on 150 shot and i was on a 100 shot, mine puts down 540 on a 100 shot, not sure what his puts down on the 150. Its called me having more traction than him. I had to let out about the 1000 foot mark cause it was walking bad with me (can't see in the vid) and i spun a bit off the line. He just spun alot worse. He turned 11.04@127 friday night using my tires.

how much rwhp does your's make with the h/c? I think your buddy had more in his car time wise don't you think? seemed like he just bogged real bad. He pulled a higher mph than you did in the end. What heads does he have?
