I'm sorry, these are incorrect. These videos on youtube are aggravating. You guys are bastardizing joseph pilates workouts and calling it pilates because it's on the machine he invented. Chin to chest, pull the shoulders away from neck toward waist, push center of shoulder blades and sternum toward ceiling, tuck top of hips upward, tuck tailbone toward ground, dig into heels, and continue to focus on the stomach doing bulk of work to make movement.
