Is this a CB radio with SSB? Also sounds like he is on SSB.

@OneCoolPr It's a Uniden 2830 which covers 28-30Mhz standard but 26-30Mhz converted and features AM,FM,USB,LSB and CW. It's the same as a President Lincoln.
