I Love how I posted a comment....then it was deleted. To sum it up, the front roll was absolutely terrible. Shoulder to hip boy! The technique doesn't have to be "Spot on" but for God's sake don't look like you're falling off balance and slow rolling. Btw 7 1/2 years martial arts exp. and 4 1/2 years parkour training.
