Islam is based on interpretations. Anything that distracts you from your responsibilities or is addictive in a negative way is discouraged.
Live, let live & keep your rigid beliefs to yourself....or go live in KSA with the mohtawas!

there is always a conflict of music in religion Islam since the beginning, some think it is allowed with the reference of holy Quran as there is not a single verse mentioning the forbidden of music, and some feel its wrong by giving the reference of Ahadith but, i personally believe that its fine to listen music with the conception of believing it is allowed rather then listening to it with the fact that it is forbidden in Islam.

exactly thats what its all about you cannot have Your own way... its only the way of Allah Nothing Else.... For all Argues there is clear Hadiyat in Sahi Bukhari about abandoning of Musical Instruments by Muhammad S.A.W... and those who think Quran is the Only reference in case of Islam ... They need to look for their Faith....!!!!
i have read the Quran many times with meanings but I didn't find a single verse denouncing the use of musical instruments or music.....i don't think music is forbidden in Islam......things that are forbidden, have been mentioned clearly in the Quran like alcohol, gambling etc...but nothing about music......
plz feel free to correct me if i'm wrong

Doesn't mean speaking is "Haram". Do a proper research before coming up with statements. It's a shame people just
