this is my imac g3 i got at a garage sale for $5 keyboard, broken mouse and all. this mechine is about 9 years old as of this video posting it is one of the last imac G3 ever made look on apple's website it runs tiger os O.K. but my g4 runs it way faster and it's my desk to of choice for in my room at least.
the original specs include
mac os 9 and later in the life span mac os 10.1
500MHz Power PC G3 cpu-256kb of L2 cach-100Mhz Front side bus
64 mb of 100Mhz SDRAM
20GB 4200RPM hard drive
harmen karden stereo speakers
CD-RW 2 or 4X speed not sure?
1024X760@75Hz display (CRT)
ATi Rage ulltra agp 2x video card with 16MB of video ram
ugrades include-mac os 10.4.11-512mb of SDRAM-and a working mouse (not apple branded)

@radicalgoodguy yes if it has a 2 firewire ports on the side and if there is a green card holder next to the ram under the bottom door. if it has all of those then you'll need a apple airport card (with the white sticker)
