put on the first of 2 conventions #2003 & 2006#, that he along with Nigel Morton of Moneypennyagency UK made happen after members of a WHO forum called 'TheShout' "asked" if a Who convention could be put together.

Ron took that ball and ran with it along with several other 'shouters' who worked really hard for a year to put this show on. #you know WHO you are,:and too numerous to mention#

WHO fans came from across the globe to be with 'WHO family' and we THE WHOLIGANS were privileged to be asked to play both conventions.
