I'm a male and started practising yoga to help with my martial arts training.. I cant help but think there is something very sexual about it. not by just looking at it but the actual feeling you get from it. I reckon if I ever get married it will be to someone who lives the yoga lifestyle. sex and yoga on the beach every night..

Actually, yoga is more than just streching. It deals with body and mind in a holistic way. It's a whole philosophy, a spiritual way to live. In my opinion, yoga shouldn't be "hard work", which leads to flexibility.
The way is the goal!
This video contains some of the hardest exercises, fascinating and beautiful for sure, but even the simple ones lead to a better understanding of your body and mind.
