@adelgado75 the wheel is used for when the uncouple the car. they spin the wheel till its done clicking, which applies the brakes. its also known as the hand brake.

Towards the end there is a man standing on a car and there is a wheel. what is the wheel for? sorry but i don't know the proper terms.

He is standing on the Caboose and that is the Manual Brake Wheel for the Caboose.
