Actually 70% of the people in Gaza are refuges of the 1948 war, but that doesn't mean that they are victim just by being in the wrong place at the wrong time. First , they have been living in Gaza for more than 60 year how long do you think a person can live in a place that is also a part of their country before they can become part of it. Second thing is that they are the people who voted for Hamas in the 2005 election. So saying that 70% of the people in Gaza are not from there is incorrect.
