  • @iHacksorzz this happens when the muscles are not properly located sue to injury and thereby lack of positioning. I'd recommend you to watch other 3 videos by this guy for the shoulder and do them 1st before you do stretches in here.

  • my right arm feels normal doing that, but my left arm which has an injured rotator cuff presumably... feels like there is no muscle to stretch, i can fold the arm in right to my body without feeling much of a stretch.
