Omar Mukhtar would have nothing to do with Libyans killing Libyans, it took 9 months to take out Gaddafi, obviously he has people that support him, so i dont believe he was complete evil. Watch lion of desert when Omar is educating kids and circus comes into town, he keeps in the background and doesnt mingle in with everything libyan.

A curse be on Qaddafi in his Barzakh. He did nothing but whore his nation out to the west. Or have you forgotten his historic context? And no, Qaddafi did not finance the Message or this movie. Parts of them took place in Libya.
The Libyan Resistance is built on the Spirit of Omar. The dictator and Taghut, who provided an alternate version of Islam in his "Green Book" and called Omar (RA) a dictator, is NOT comparable to Omar Al Mukhtar. Like comparing Iblis to Gibraeel.
