    but how do you get them to be continuous

  • Could be a bunch of things... if you go the same direction as me then you want to focus on your right leg as your left sweeps down to kick you up and over. The right leg has to kick in a circular motion in order for your hips to continue the rotating motion... sorry it's hard to put into words. Post a vid and ask for help on a forum I'm sure you'll have a bunch of people giving you feedback.
