Highlights from one of Rob Edmond's regular Extreme Physical Training sessions he has named 'Fury' due to their extreme intensity. He has developed a system using his Special Forces and Sports Strength and Conditioning background, to create probably the hardest training that can be done minute by minute spent out there.
The session was an hour long and involved a tough 15 minute warm up which most people would call a full workout. Then it gets rough by running with Sandbags (weighing from 25k to 75kg depending upon ability), flipping tyres, pulling sandbags with ropes and lots of sprinting non stop. Fury is designed to increase, power, strength endurance and rapidly improve CV & CR capacity. It pushes each individual to their own limits and keeps them there for the session. The nature of the training helps raise the lactic acid threshold and allows the individual to work that much harder when it comes to their Sport or Professional role. This is perfect for MMA, Boxing, Rugby, Football etc. It can be adapted to suit their specific cycles in their Sport, for example with Professional MMA the reps last 5 Minutes with a 1 minute rest. A side effect is massive fat loss due to the very high energy usage and the Afterburn Effect which for some is their main goal.
To all you haters....... He obviously does a fantastic job with great results as he wouldnt be a personal trainer on tv now would he..... get a life other than slating people from behind a computer... you not got anything nice to say keep it zipped... jelouse ass!!!!

@DinnerOnTheFloor They have numbers on the back, so he refers to you as the number (faster plus keeps you on your toes, 4 run to the end etc), if your wearing a orange vest it means your either have a competition coming up or are carrying an injury so the training is lighter. I train with this guy regularly he's the man!!!
