Thematic: Adding Google Analytics to Your Website

If you do not know how to find your Google Analytics code, please go to the following link and read the first part of this tutorial:

To start, log into your hosting server and access your child theme.

In a separate window go to my website and find the tutorial "Thematic: Adding Google Analytics to Your Website". Copy the code given by clicking on the 'view source' icon, highlight the text and copy.

Head back over to your hosting window and open functions.php. Paste the code somewhere after the php start tag.

Replace the text "PASTE TRACKING CODE HERE" with your analytics script. Simpy save and you are done!
