Manny had guts and imagination. At UCLA (KLA Radio) he knew the general phone numbers to the dorm rooms. So on Friday/Saturday night he would start calling the numbers at Random and run a "dating game" type show at random figuring if they were still in their room, they didn't have a date. It was awesome. Some of the rest of us (also dateless on those nights) would be available as back up "contestants" playing random characters on the date panel. Very creative of Manny.
