@ftwfckyea Your comment that "Viper is a World Class car, this shit is for the one that can't afford a real car" warrants comment. Don't you think that overall engineering design and balance make the ZR-1 a better world class candidate? See also youtube.com/watch?v=wfB16IhBEkU - Stock ZR1 vs modded SR/10. Watch both passes. Of course, if both cars were on slicks the SR/10 would have put down more power. BTW, When did you take delivery of YOUR Viper? Or... what will you be trading in? ( : o) ].

@ftwfckyea, The 428 Cobra Jet has a larger version of the 390 Y block driven by Steve McQueen in Bullitt. Speaking of Ys, Y not google "THE GREATEST CHASE OF ALL"? The article describes the work done on the Mustang to have any SEMBLANCE of appearing to keep up with the 440 Mopar in that movie, and how the Mustang kept falling apart while the stock Charger never needed a spot of work. You'd like it. Have you checked out the race on youtube? BTW the car above is a NISSAN running a NISSAN ENGINE.

@ftwfckyea, I'm not a Mustang fan. It was part of a learning process. There were only eight 428 Cobra Jets in Australia when I bought it - as much for its looks as straight line perf. Apparently it was the only manual in the country. 7 litres is 7 litres and fudge it went... 3.7 diff ratio. Should have bought the 426 Hemi Charger even though it was white and a 3 spd auto... price was $8000 !! I like Mopars and Chevys. BTW I bought the Cobra Jet in 1978 sonny. Were you even alive then? [ (: o) ]

@ftwfckyea... DU-UDE, I've owned a 1969, 428 Cobra Jet (Total DOG), couple of porsches, a worked Evo x, worked 350 Monaro, driven 426 Hemi Chargers - xclnt, 427 vette - xclnt, AND a Viper.... Great! This would eat them all (including my current Z32 - which has 16 psi boost & remapped ECU) and then go looking for a main course. Viper.... world class car? So F...ing What !!! Who cares !!!
