Canadian WCB Expose

Michael Welch exposes the Workers Compensation Board mistreatment of injured workers. This three part radio program is presented here in full as a public service.

V.O.C.A.L. stands for "Victims Of Compensation Abuse League". This is an organization seeking out injured workers who have been terribly abused, discriminated against, and even in many cases have lost their lives due to corruption of both WCB's (Workers Compensation Boards), and the Governments that control them.

Well the barrier to sueing them is immunity from prosecution and thats what I want revoked retroactive and the one thing you had prior to the 1995 schemers was a payout option.

@QUICKIRONS Here is what I am fighting for and every other Canadian, injured or not, should be fighting for. There is nothing wrng with the 'Historic Compromise". That is we give up the right to sue the company, in exchange for lost wages ad edical care for injuries. That is okay. The problem is, since this compromise, other rights were taken including our medical and legal rights. We only gave up the right to sue the company. We did not give up the right to medical care or legal rights.

The Governments of Canada have no right to take those medical and legal rights. This is discrimination against a class of people called "injured workers". When a WCB cuts you off even though they know you are dsabled from employment, commits fraud, slander, or any other criminal activity, they cannot be charged. That is the discrimination. Government is wholly responsible for this discrimination and this discrimination is causing our deaths. It is government we must go after directly.

@SuperNewf1 We need to sue the Provinces and the Federal Goverments. Only then will the fraud, torture, and murder, of injured workers stop. For one thing all Canadians have protection under the Constitution, including us injured workers. Especially us injured workers as we are disabled, some of us both mentally as well as physically and we need our medical and legal rights intact to prevent the abuses we suffer from. This is a Constitutional issue pure and simple.

@SuperNewf1 Another point is that WCB's and Governments continue to insist that Corporations become safer places to work. That is a scam also. The Corporations have absolutely no incentive to make their workplaces safer because of the discrimination built into the Canada Health Act and the Workers Compensation Acts. They can literally get away with murder because of these Acts. Why should they improve safety when they are immune from any sort of legal action. Government won't stop them.

If Governments of Canada do not remove these clauses that exclude injured workers from having their basic Canadian rights then they are the guilty party. In fact I accuse them of Eugenics, the purposeful and malicious harming of disabled individuals. To commit fraud, slander, torture of body and mind, which all lead to the death of the disabled injured worker is fundamentally wrong. WCB's are not protecting Canadians, they are killing them if they become disabled from their employment.

What these comp companies have gotten away with qualifies under the definition of Genocide where onje group wants to destroy and eliminate another group. WSIB/WCB is here to compensate a worker for damages which they fail miserably to do however they are very good at compensating themselves for their time. Now I didn't comment to argue and as our conversations progress I can clearly see that we are all just as angry and determined as one another, however I have beaten them at every trick. :)

@SuperNewf1 Time we told these psychos who is boss. I am quite willing and ready to press charges through the Supreme Court and the United Nations and NAFTA. No more pussyfooting around walking on eggshells begging for them to treat us right. I know many of us have out backs broken but we still have a spine. If injured workers support V.O.C.A.L. financially then ending the faud and abuse and torture and murder will end. No Canadian would accept the taking of his medical and legal rights.

@SuperNewf1 When are injured workers going to look at their own Canadian laws, and realize they don't have to play WCB's game. The only reason we get fucked over is because we participate in our own abuse. That is a fact. I know most inred workers don't have the education to see through governmnets insurance scam that is a way to murder off their financial responsibilities. I know injured wrkers are suffring in severe pain and being mentally tomented by lies, deceits, and frauds against them.

@QUICKIRONS My name is Fred. Michael is the interviewer. :-) I see what you are saying but I was disabled in 1979 and even then they had laws that removed your right to take any action against the board, doctors, company, etc. This is why we need to come together and use the Constitution. Also for any government to remove our basic rights is a no brainer. IT IS WRONG! PERIOD! So when are injured workers going to get under the V.O.C.A.L. banner and sue government? And charge them with Eugenics.
