Thanks for your reply. I keep finding myself looking at my crawler and mentally designing chassis rail extensions which would allow me to mount shorter, more vertical shocks with inherently less travel, but before I do that I´ll try your suggestion of tubular spacers on the shock shafts, combined with stiffer springs.

No those bodies won't work. They are too large. the only bodies that fit are ones for the traxxas stampede!

I did not have an issue with toque twist because when I bought it I put the TCS lL-Trail chassis on it. You can send me a pm with ur email for some pictures!!

I´ve just bought a Losi Mini rock crawler clone, a thing called a Ninco4RC Stone Crawler, to make a scaler.
The problem I have is terrible torque twist which makes the heavier than stock body flop over to the left whenever I accelerate, even gently. Did this happen to you with the Losi-and if so, how did you sort it out?

@Del350K4 There are many way to solve this. Ine of the easiest thing to do is to add spacers between the spring and the top of the shock....another way is to change the shock oil to a stiffer one.. Your best bet is to lower the vehicle and use stiffer springs.
