Kate Weiss has been nominated by one of Table of Plenty's customers to the 2011 Brain Link Women of Achievement award in Australia.
Kate created Table of Plenty after giving birth to her first daughter, Amy, who was born with a rare genetic syndrome and a mental disability.
Kate has been shortlisted also due to Table of Plenty's community support for people with a disability.
