Yes, exactly Mr Anthony Joseph Drexel Biddle, Jr, U.S ambassador of Poland between193743... this "Biddle" was uncle of Angier Biddle Duke, U.S ambassador of Spain, under General Franco.

@Amatherasu1789 - well one from Canada, but if you`ll look at my video "Polish infantry division in France 1940 " and read the description, it`s said that US ambassador Mr Biddle had given 7 ambulances :)
